Wineries and Valley Businesses
Wineries and other valley businesses selling into Europe and Asia are sometimes asked for apostilled company documents, signed authorizations or federal export paperwork. We can prepare state and federal apostilles together. See business documents.
Danish Heritage and Family Ties Abroad
Solvang has deep Danish roots, and many valley families have relatives, property or citizenship questions in Denmark and elsewhere in Europe. Denmark is a party to the Apostille Convention, so California documents need only an apostille, though Danish authorities often want a translation.
Certified Copies
Santa Barbara County records are issued by the County Clerk-Recorder at the Hall of Records, 1100 Anacapa Street in Santa Barbara, and at 511 East Lakeside Parkway in Santa Maria. Ask for an authorized certified copy. Copies signed only by a county Health Officer, which some offices issue for very recent births and deaths, must be certified by the Clerk-Recorder before California will apostille them; we check this when you drop off.
Not sure this is the right document or the right apostille? Call (805) 866-4199, any day 8am–10pm. We will tell you exactly what your destination needs before you pay for anything.
